A nearly three-pound pie homemade in our own 10 inch crisp pastry crust. Fresh salmon filet and savory seasoning with Idaho potatoes.

MEAT PIE HEATING INSTRUCTIONS:

FROM FROZEN
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Beat 1 egg.
3. Completely coat the top crust of the pie with beaten egg using a pastry brush.
4. Place pie on center rack in oven.
5. Bake for 90-120 minutes or until crust has a consistently golden color. Internal temperature at center of pie should reach 155°F.

OR THAW IN REFRIGERATOR 24 HOURS: (preferred method)
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. Beat 1 egg.
3. Completely coat the top crust of the pie with beaten egg using a pastry brush.
4. Place pie on center rack in oven.
5. Bake for 60-90 minutes or until crust has a consistently golden color. Internal temperature at center of pie should reach 155°F
