MILE HIGH APPLE PIE

A four-pound pie homemade in our own 10 inch crisp pastry crust. Organic apples handpicked from the chef’s own tree stacked in our buttery crust

Our apple pies are fully cooked on the inside, and wrapped with our hand-rolled pastry crust that will need to be baked before enjoying. See our cooking instructions below.

PIE HEATING INSTRUCTIONS:

FROM FROZEN
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Beat 1 egg.
3. Completely coat the top crust of the pie with beaten egg using a pastry brush.
4. Place pie on center rack in oven.
5. Bake for 90-120 minutes or until crust has a consistently golden color. Internal temperature at center of pie should reach 155°F.

OR THAW IN REFRIGERATOR 24 HOURS: (preferred method)
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. Beat 1 egg.
3. Completely coat the top crust of the pie with beaten egg using a pastry brush.
4. Place pie on center rack in oven.
5. Bake for 60-90 minutes or until crust has a consistently golden color. Internal temperature at center of pie should reach 155°F
