MEAT PIE HEATING INSTRUCTIONS:

FROM FROZEN
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Beat 1 egg.
3. Completely coat the top crust of the pie with beaten egg using a pastry brush.
4. Place pie on center rack in oven.
5. Bake for 90-120 minutes or until crust has a consistently golden color. Internal temperature at center of pie should reach 155°F.

OR THAW IN REFRIGERATOR 24 HOURS: (preferred method)
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. Beat 1 egg.
3. Completely coat the top crust of the pie with beaten egg using a pastry brush.
4. Place pie on center rack in oven.
5. Bake for 60-90 minutes or until crust has a consistently golden color. Internal temperature at center of pie should reach 155°F

GRAVY MIX PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS (optional add on):

2 Cups:

  1. Pour 2 cups water into a quart-sized saucepan
  2. Mix contents of gravy mix packet and vigorously whisk for one minute until blended
  3. Place saucepan on medium to high heat until mixture reaches a slow boil
  4. Stir vigorously again to blend
  5. Remove from heat and allow gravy to stand 3-5 minutes.
  6. Pour gravy into serving container and enjoy

4 Cups:

  1. Pour 4 cups water into a 2-quart saucepan
  2. Mix contents of gravy mix packet and vigorously whisk for one minute until blended
  3. Place saucepan on medium to high heat until mixture reaches a slow boil
  4. Stir vigorously again to blend
  5. Remove from heat and allow gravy to stand 3-5 minutes.
  6. Pour gravy into serving container and enjoy

2 Quarts:

  1. Pour 8 cups water into a 4-6 quart saucepan
  2. Mix contents of gravy mix packet and vigorously whisk for one minute until blended
  3. Place saucepan on medium to high heat until mixture reaches a slow boil
  4. Stir vigorously again to blend
  5. Remove from heat and allow gravy to stand 3-5 minutes.
  6. Pour gravy into serving container and enjoy
