Description
10 homemade stuffies made with fresh clams, local linguica and buttery Ritz crackers. Each one a heaping portion at almost 6 ounces.
To reheat our Stuffed Quahogs:
Oven:
- Thaw Stuffies in the refrigerator for at least 24 hours
- Unwrap each Stuffy and discard the plastic film
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Place Stuffies on cookie pan with one inch between each to allow for heat circulation
- Bake for 30-45 minutes or until internal temperature of stuffing reaches 165°F.
Microwave:
- Thaw Stuffies in the refrigerator for at least 24 hours
- Unwrap each Stuffy and discard the plastic film
- Microwave one Stuffy on HIGH for 2 1/2 minutes
- For each additional Stuffy microwaved together, add 1 minute to total time.
Serve with a dollop of butter and lemon wedge and enjoy!
